Arcus Real Estate, a company within the Percassi “galaxy”, was set up in 2006 to specialize in the commercialization and management of luxury, outlet and full price retail property developments.

All Arcus Real Estate projects, from latest generation Outlet Villages to luxury shopping centers, are designed to integrate with and develop the setting in which they are located by becoming tourist attractions and economic growth opportunities – creating jobs and stimulating supply industries – and by enhancing the local aesthetic with new architecture that will grow in value over time.

LUXURY RETAIL PROJECTS

A case in point is Arcus Real Estate’s latest project, Torino Outlet Village, which opened to the public on 24 March 2017. This 20,000 m2 facility, featuring a 290 meter long “promenade”, was designed by leading Italian architect Claudio Silvestrin, internationally renowed for to his peaceful and minimalist style.
The Turin opening follows other well known and well established projects, including Sicilia Outlet Village (2010), which can now boast over 140 top label boutiques after its 2nd phase extension in 2014, and Orio Center, which will become Italy’s largest shopping centre up on the upcoming inauguration of its 3rd phase.
Roma Outlet Village, Arcus Real Estate’s latest project, is now entering the development and restyling phase, while its San Pellegrino Outlet Village is in the development stage. Another of the company’s projects is Westfield Milano, on the outskirts of Italy’s fashion capital, a keenly awaited shopping center set to become one of the grandest and most ambitious in Europe.
