Sicilia Outlet Village is the first and only outlet village in Sicily. Featuring characteristic, baroque Sicilian style architecture, the outlet village is a shopping destination for a pool of over five million residents, as well as an estimated five million potential tourists that visit the island every year. Located in a strategic position, between Palermo and Catania, and easily reached from every province, the Village is open seven days a week and offers customers a leisurely and indulgent shopping experience that combines the possibility of making purchases at discounts of up to 70% with the opportunity of enjoying excellent Sicilian wine and food, while pleasantly passing the time in an environment with a perfect mix of shopping and entertainment.

Concentration in one location of leading brands such as Gucci, Armani, Versace, Hogan, Tod’s, Dolce & Gabbana, Ermenegildo Zegna, Etro, Loro Piana, La Perla, Michael Kors, Trussardi, Brooks Brothers, Nike, Puma, Adidas, Lacoste, Guess, Pinko, Patrizia Pepe, just to name a few of the most representative brands; Identification as a tourist destination, thanks to the strong partnerships established with the key national and international tour operators, together with co-marketing agreements with a large part of the hotels on the island; A wide range of guest services, such as a shuttle bus operating year round from the major cities, a personal shopper that can be booked to give style advice and a rich calendar of events and entertainment for all.

The first phase was inaugurated in 2010 and saw the opening of 120 single-brand boutiques, bringing some of the most iconic Italian luxury brands together for the first time in one location. The second phase was inaugurated at the end of 2014, increasing the total number of stores to well over 140.
